• Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
• Customers are responsible for courier charges to send returns.
• Refunds can be processed as Money Back (minus delivery charges) or Store Credit / Exchange Voucher.
• Processing time: 3–4 working days after we receive your product.

Exchanges

• Exchange items within 7 days for a different size or product.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with tags.
• Courier charges apply for sending and receiving exchanged items.
• Processing time: 3–4 working days after receiving your parcel.
