To make your shopping experience worry-free, Apollo Shop offers a 7-Day Return Policy.
 If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: Courier charges will apply when we send back any approved returns.
Processing time: 3–4 working days after receiving your parcel.

Apollo Shop Return Policy 

Returns are accepted within 7 days with Money-Back or Store Credit — delivery charges apply. 

Steps to Return:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Ship/deliver the product to our office address (details will be provided).
• The customer is responsible for courier charges to send the return back to us.

Refund Options:

• Money Back – refunded to your original payment method (minus delivery charges).
• Store Credit– full value, excluding delivery charges.

If any additional courier charges apply for resending or refund top-ups, the customer will be required to pay them.

Please allow 3–4 working days for the return/refund process after we receive the product.
